Which well-known vessels come from Schiffswerft Bolle?
The Grand Bohemia, for instance, one of the largest saloon ships in central Europe, the MS Schwielowsee (Inland Navigation Innovation Award 2019), the seven vessels of the Prague “Bohemia” fleet, the work vessels of the Emmerich class for the Lower Rhine and the solar-powered catamaran J. Hobrecht for the Berlin Senate administration.
Where are Schiffswerft Bolle vessels in service?
From the North Sea and the Baltic across the Elbe, the Weser and the West German canals to the Danube — and on the Vltava in Prague. The waters atlas on this page shows the operating areas in detail.
Does Schiffswerft Bolle also build fully electric vessels?
Yes. Fully electric newbuildings such as the catamarans Anna Carolina, Marie de Bohemia and Bella Bohemia operate in Prague; added to these are hybrid vessels such as the MS Schwielowsee and complete propulsion retrofits of existing vessels.
