SUNliner
The XL version of the AquaCabrio for Passau, the city of three rivers — built in 2017, converted to pure electric propulsion in 2022.
The SUNliner is the large version of our AquaCabrio concept: 44.99 metres long, with a retractable roof that opens the passenger area into a sun deck in seconds. Built in 2017 for Donauschifffahrt Wurm + Noé in Passau, where she runs the three-rivers cruise on the Danube, the Inn and the Ilz.
In 2022 we converted the SUNliner in Derben to pure electric propulsion — an example of how emission-free operation does not have to mean a newbuilding. A goods lift and touchscreen controls are part of the equipment, and the saloon with its palm and white furniture also serves as an event venue.
